Beta Terms
These terms apply to invited adults who test Crew Fitness. The product is still being evaluated and can change.
Eligibility and invitation
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States. Access is personal, limited, and invite-only. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
Not medical advice
Crew Fitness is a general fitness and social product. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or a clinical decision. Do not use it instead of professional care. Contact an appropriate professional or emergency service when needed.
Private group conduct
Use Crew Fitness only with people who agree to participate. Do not harass, shame, threaten, impersonate, scrape, or misuse another person's information. Do not attempt to bypass a sharing choice, security control, or invitation boundary.
Device and source data
Apple, WHOOP, devices, and user choices can produce missing, delayed, partial, or changed information. Crew Fitness can label and summarize source data, but it does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
Beta availability
The beta is provided for testing. Features can be changed, suspended, or removed. Data can be reset when needed for safety or testing. We will use reasonable care and provide notice when practical.
Your content and feedback
You keep ownership of information that you provide. You give Crew Fitness permission to process it only as needed to provide and protect the service. You may give product feedback. We may use that feedback without payment or attribution.
Account action
You can stop using the beta at any time. We may restrict or end access when needed for safety, legal compliance, product testing, or a material violation of these terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available and without implied warranties. Ethos Agency LLC is not responsible for an indirect or consequential loss caused by use of an unfinished beta. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain in effect.
